Process

Cleaning

The accepted paddy goes through the cleaning process which is foremost step in milling process. The cleaners thoroughly rinse the paddy. In the mean time it removes foreign things like sand, stones, straw and seeds from the paddy.

De Stoning

After the cleaning process immediately the paddy passes to the de-stoning process. De stoning machine removes the remaining stone from the paddy which can not be removed in the cleaning process.

De Husker

De husker is used to remove the non edible husk from the paddy. It is the process to get the brown rice. Hulled rice grains are known as Brown rice.

Grader

Generally in milling process we also get broken rice with the whole rice. The rice grains at this stage are all edible and hygienic. The grader helps to apportion rice in terms of their shape and size. After grading process we get the whole rice from the sample.


Whitener
Whitener is mainly used for removing all or part of the bran layer and germ from the brown rice. This machine process only unpolished rice. This stage enhances the rice by giving its shine. Once the whitener process completes its job, it goes to polishing process.

Polisher

The whitened rice is then polished by ultra modern polisher machine. In this process we remove the remaining bran layers from the brown rice. Improving the appearance of the milled rice by polishing the exterior of the milled kernel.

Color Sorter

The milled whole kernel rice is passed through the color sorter to remove defects. Color sorter machine is used to remove the different color rice from the polished rice samples. Highly sophisticated color sorting machines view each and every grain on an individual basis for identifying color differentiation. If it account any color differentiation it remove that things from the rice.

Packaging
The final stage of rice milling process is packaging. We pack our products as 10 kg / 25 kg / 50 kg / 75 kg and 100 kg bags
